Leading my agency’s Google account, I oversaw the creative on multiple educational platforms for Google. The tools range from Pixel Simulator, which helps customers learn about their devices through interactive tutorials and simulators, to the award winning Support Hub, which is a home base for any new or longtime Google device user.
Using the branding guidelines of Google, I managed a team to create visuals across this platform to ensure Pixel users have a seamless experience to get the support they need for their devices; creating localized visuals across 30 languages. Received Gold & Overall winner of the US Customer Experience Awards 2024
A step by step lesson based user guide for Google Products, whether it’s Pixel, GoogleFi, Google for iPhone, Storage, etc. I created GIFs, animations, and illustrations to help users visualize each lesson.
